These website terms explain how the JS Travels & Rentals website and WhatsApp enquiry links are intended to be used. They do not replace the written rental agreement provided for a confirmed booking.
1. Website information
Vehicle specifications, images, package rates, and availability information are provided for initial comparison. Availability may change, and details must be reconfirmed directly with the booking team.
2. Booking enquiries
Submitting a form or opening WhatsApp creates an enquiry only. A rental is confirmed only after vehicle availability, customer eligibility, documents, price, deposit, payment, and rental terms have been agreed.
3. Driver eligibility and documents
The named driver must hold a valid driving licence and provide the requested identification. Additional eligibility requirements may apply and will be communicated before confirmation.
4. Rates and additional amounts
Advertised 12-hour and 24-hour rates may not include security deposits, fuel, excess kilometres, tolls, parking, fines, cleaning, taxes, delivery, late return, or damage-related amounts. Confirm the complete payable amount before booking.
5. Vehicle use and responsibility
The customer must use the vehicle lawfully, follow the rental agreement, protect the vehicle and keys, and report incidents or damage promptly. Prohibited use and responsibility will be defined in the final agreement.
6. Cancellation, changes, and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund terms may depend on the specific booking. Obtain the applicable policy in writing before making payment.
7. Customer reviews
Only submit a review based on your genuine experience and content you have the right to share. A photo is optional. By submitting, you allow the business to store, moderate, and publish the supplied review details and optional photo. Submissions may be rejected or removed for spam, unlawful content, personal information, safety concerns, or material unrelated to the service. Moderation does not guarantee publication or change a customer's opinion into a different endorsement.
8. Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted. Contact the booking team directly if a website feature is unavailable.
