When you submit a booking enquiry or customer review, the website stores the details you provide so the JS Travels & Rentals team can respond or moderate the submission. You can choose whether to continue an enquiry through WhatsApp and whether to attach a photo to a review.
Information you choose to share
An enquiry may include your name, phone number, email address, selected city or service, preferred vehicle, trip dates, pickup location, destination, passenger count, and message. A review may include your name, rating, written experience, optional city, vehicle, trip context, and one optional photo. If a rental progresses, the team may separately request driving-licence or identity information needed to assess eligibility and prepare the rental.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to your request, check vehicle or service availability, contact you, prepare rental documents, provide support, keep an operational enquiry history, meet legal obligations, and protect the vehicle and people involved. An online enquiry is not an automatic booking confirmation.
Customer review publication and management
With explicit consent, submitted reviews may be published immediately and may publicly display the submitted name, rating, review text, trip context, associated city or vehicle, optional photo, and publication date. Administrators can hide or remove unsafe, private, spam, or unwanted content. Technical anti-spam information and internal moderation notes are never displayed publicly.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, telephone networks, email providers, hosting and media-storage services, and navigation tools may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Review those policies before using the relevant service.
Browser storage, cookies, and administrator access
The public enquiry flow does not require an advertising cookie. When a promotional popup appears, the website stores that campaign's identifier in your browser so the same campaign is not shown there again. It is not used to identify you across websites or fingerprint your device; clearing site data, private browsing, or another browser/device creates a separate browser context. Secure session and anti-forgery cookies are used when an authorized administrator signs in with a one-time code sent by email. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before use.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect enquiry and administrator information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for booking operations, accounting, disputes, security, and legal requirements. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through an unsecured channel.
Your choices
You may ask the business about information you have shared and request a correction or deletion where applicable, including a submitted review or photo, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
